About

Autumn Productions Media is run by Melody Lacombe, a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University.

Ever since Melody was little, she has been creative, always thinking of movie plots and stories to produce. She attended an arts high school which gave her the chance to explore her love of film.

At Eastern, she advanced her prior knowledge on film, focusing on documentary work. Post graduation, she was asked to create a surprise video for someone's birthday. This sparked Melody's interest and helped her discover that this was a type of video she likes to make for people.

Autumn Productions Media brings videos to a personal level. Melody creates:

  • Documentaries

    • about various subjects, including mental health

    • for small businesses

      • about their history and story

  • Short-form videos, which can serve as a gift or keepsake

    • honoring someone's loved one or pet

    • for anniversaries and birthdays

    • for someone who is graduating from school

    • for a surprise

    • for a special event

  • Slideshows

Some ideas that Melody has for future projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Making a video for a high school or college graduate– interviewing their family and friends and giving them something they can cherish for years to come

  • A surprise (or not) message to the bride and groom at a wedding. If a surprise, to be filmed before the wedding, if not, could be filmed at the wedding. This video would be in addition to a main wedding video created by someone else
